Account audit · Amazon and Noon

Start with an audit,
not a contract.

Give us read-only access to your marketplace accounts. Our team reads advertising, stock, pricing, listings and product economics together, and shows you where the account leaks margin or carries risk. No commitment, no sales sequence.

No cost and no commitment. The audit takes 48 hours, starting once your marketplace account is connected and the data backfill is complete.

If you go on to work together, the AED 1,000 onboarding fee (about ₹25,000 or $270) is waived if you start within 14 days of your findings review.

What is a marketplace account audit?

A Saddl account audit is a 48-hour review of your Amazon and Noon accounts from read-only access. Our team reads advertising, stock, pricing, listings and product economics together, then walks you through a prioritised list of what to fix first and the scope we would recommend.

What the audit shows.

  • Contribution gaps by SKUWhich products keep less than their sales suggest after product cost, marketplace fees and advertising.
  • Attribution blind spotsWhere advertising credit and spend don’t line up across campaigns and channels.
  • Stock and out-of-stock exposureWhich best sellers are at risk, across the catalogue, and where advertising is pushing products that are running short.
  • A week-one action listWhat we’d change first, and the scope we’d recommend if you want us to take it on.

Amazon in any market. Other marketplaces are taken on one at a time.

From real audits

Two things audits have found.

  1. Advertising

Strong ROAS can hide missing costs.

Reported ROAS was 12.5×. Once the cost of social ads sending traffic to Amazon was included, it was 3.5–4.6×.

  2. Amazon UAE

A stockout looked like an advertising problem.

Sales fell during a brand-bid test. The review traced the fall to the best seller running out of stock, and moved spend to products still available.

How to get started.

  1. Request an audit and product demo.

Tell us about your brand, your marketplaces and the question you have.

  2. Provide read-only access to supported marketplace accounts.

Once connection and data backfill are complete, our team conducts the 48-hour audit.

  3. Review findings and agree priorities.

Agree priorities and scope, and begin managed work if it’s a fit.

Fit

Is this the right fit?

A good fit if

  • You’re an established consumer brand selling on Amazon or Noon.
  • Marketplaces are a meaningful part of your business.
  • Someone on your team can grant read-only account access.

Probably not yet if

  • You haven’t started selling on a marketplace.
  • You’re not yet able to provide read-only account access.

Questions

Before you request it.

What does read-only access mean?

We can read your reports and data. We can’t change prices, budgets or listings. If you later work with us, execution permissions are agreed separately. Never send passwords or one-time passcodes through the form.

When does the 48-hour clock start?

Once your marketplace account is connected and the data backfill is complete. Not when you submit the form.

What will the audit look like?

There’s no standard report. We start from your account’s own performance, so the findings, and what we’d change first, are different for every account. You get a walkthrough of the findings and an action list ranked by priority.

What does the audit cost?

Nothing. The audit costs nothing and carries no commitment. If you go on to work together, an onboarding fee of AED 1,000 (about ₹25,000 or $270) applies, and we waive it if you start within 14 days of your findings review. Ongoing fees depend on your account and are agreed before work begins.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No. The audit is where we start: no commitment, no sales sequence. Scope and fees for any ongoing work are agreed separately.

What do you need from me?

Which marketplaces you sell on, and read-only access to your supported accounts. We take the connection and data backfill from there.

Which markets and marketplaces?

Amazon in every market, and Noon. Other marketplaces are taken on one at a time, so tell us where you sell.

Is this the same as the 48-hour marketplace diagnostic?

Yes. The 48-hour marketplace diagnostic is the name we use in our advertising. It is the same account audit, with the same access, timing and output.
