Saddl OS + experienced marketplace people
Experienced operators use Saddl OS to run Amazon advertising with stock, product economics and your commercial goals in view, so every budget, campaign and target change has a reason.
Amazon PPC management is the ongoing work of structuring, budgeting, bidding and targeting a brand’s Amazon advertising campaigns. Saddl judges each change against stock cover and the contribution each product keeps after fees and advertising, not ROAS alone, and runs approved actions through Amazon’s Ads API within limits you set.
How the judgement works
Where should spend rise, hold or stop?
Set against performance, availability and product economics, within agreed limits.
What is this campaign for, and how is it judged?
Brand defence, non-brand growth, launch and stock clearance each carry a different target.
Bid, harvest, negate or leave alone?
Decided only after stock, conversion and the offer have been checked.

Amazon ads management
Observed work · one UAE consumer brand
About 62% of the account’s tracked ad sales came from brand searches. Brand and non-brand spend were separated, and brand-search spend was reduced step by step while total sales were watched.

March–May compared with June–August 2026; brand-search spend compared July with August.

Before changing a target
A weak search term may need a negative. It may also be a product that was unavailable, or an offer that needs work. Efficient ad sales don’t settle how much to invest either: stock cover, replenishment timing and the contribution left after relevant costs shape the next decision.
None of them is profit. Lower spend or a higher ROAS is not automatically a better business outcome.
This is where audits keep finding the same thing: budget aimed at shoppers already mid-journey while category search sits at AED 0, and search terms or campaigns that keep spending without returning it. See what audits find
From real audits
Social ads were sending traffic to Amazon, but their cost was missing from the reported return.

It depends on what the product keeps before advertising. Break-even ROAS is roughly 1 divided by that margin: a product keeping 40% before ads breaks even at about 2.5× ROAS, one keeping 25% at about 4×. On one Amazon UAE product we analysed, a 4.03× ROAS left just 1.7% contribution because fees were high. Read the analysis
ACoS is ad spend as a share of ad-attributed sales. TACoS is ad spend as a share of total sales, including organic. ROAS is ad-attributed sales divided by ad spend. None of them measures profit.
Approved actions run through Amazon Ads API workflows within the budget and approval limits you set. Anything outside those limits comes back to you first, and every change is recorded with its reason.
