Saddl OS + experienced marketplace people

Noon marketplace management.
Work with the channel.

Saddl manages agreed Noon advertising and operating priorities for established brands: reviewing the account, planning the work and following it through with the data and execution methods available for your business. The same PPC ads optimization logic used on Amazon reads your Noon campaigns, and the team applies each action by hand.

How does Saddl manage Noon?

Saddl OS connects to your Noon data, and our team decides what to change using the same advertising logic we apply on Amazon. The team then makes the agreed changes in Noon by hand. Noon Core and Noon Minutes are judged against different objectives, and every change is checked against stock and product contribution.

Noon Core / Noon Minutes

Two channel roles. Different decisions.

Folded apparel, a tote bag and trainers laid out for a core marketplace catalogue

Core marketplace

Search and product campaigns each have a job: which demand to reach, what is available and what the economics allow.

Skincare and towels arranged as a quick-commerce basket

Noon Minutes

A quick-commerce objective. Product trial, conversion and order-cost context matter, and the appropriate goal is agreed for the account.

The campaign logic is the same; Minutes simply has its own objective and metrics. We check metric definitions and reporting windows before comparing results.

Side by side

How Noon differs from Amazon, channel by channel.

The same product can need a different decision on each channel. This is how we treat each one.

What changed on one Noon account.

March–May compared with June–August 2026. We publish the number that went down as well as the ones that went up.

Noon Core

One catch-all campaign became a structured portfolio.

We split a single automatic campaign into brand, generic, competitor, category and product campaigns, cut daily spend on 17 low-return search terms by about 85%, and put more behind the term that was earning its place.

Revenue from ads rose 17.3% over the same period. See the Noon Core result

Noon Minutes

More trial, at a lower value per pack.

Trial packs became a much larger share of volume and ads converted better. Channel revenue still fell, because volume moved to the smaller pack. Both belong in the picture.

Questions

Noon management, answered.

Does Saddl manage Noon Minutes?

Yes. Noon Minutes is reviewed as its own channel, with its own objective and reporting. Product trial, conversion and order cost matter more there than on Noon Core, so the two are never judged on one blended number.

How are changes to Noon ads made?

Saddl OS reads your Noon data and recommends what to change using the same logic it applies to Amazon. Our team then applies the approved changes in Noon by hand and tracks their effect. On Amazon, approved actions run through Amazon’s Ads API instead.

What is a good ROAS on Noon?

It depends on what the product keeps before advertising. Break-even ROAS is roughly 1 divided by that margin: a product that keeps 40% before ads breaks even at about 2.5× ROAS, and one that keeps 28% at about 3.6×. On one SKU we analysed, a 3.93× ROAS on Noon left 27.7% contribution while a 4.03× ROAS on Amazon left 1.7%, because the fees were different. Read the analysis

Can you manage Noon without Amazon?

Yes. Noon can be the whole engagement, or part of a wider Amazon and Noon scope. Many brands start with advertising and widen the scope once the first priorities are settled.

Which Noon markets do you cover?

Noon in the UAE, including Noon Minutes, and Noon in Saudi Arabia. See the local guides for the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

What access do you need to start?

Read-only access to your Noon account for the audit. It lets us read reports and data; it can’t change prices, budgets or listings. Execution permissions are agreed separately if we go on to work together.

Where does your Noon account need support?

Tell us which Noon channels you use and what is already managed. The account audit sets priorities, coverage and the work Saddl can own. It takes 48 hours, starting once your account is connected and the data backfill is complete.
